Recently, I had one of the most shocking discovery of my life, a discovery that not many people in the world know about (or quite the opposite) – “The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion”. Some who do know it, view it with utmost denial and skepticism, although many still are convinced of its truth and accuracy. Maybe some of my friends here are already aware of it but prefer to remain silent due to its sensitivity. I can understand that but discussing about it, about its relevance in today’s prevalent economic, political and social upheavals, should not be viewed as a crime but as a much-needed positive intellectual discourse amongst curious intellects.

On the whole, many have considered the document as an elaborate hoax meant to discriminate the Jews who lived under oppressive rule of the Czars in the late 18th and early 19th Centuries. However, many more have remained skeptical of it being alleged as a fallacy. Personally, I think it may be an elaborate hoax, but the contents of the document seemed to play out rather conveniently. The events happening now throughout the world seems to fit the description of the contents in the document. Who can really say, if anyone or any country could have or couldn’t have acted on the ‘fabricated’ strategies outlined in this ‘fabricated’ document. While it may be alleged as a fallacy, this alleged ‘false’ document can be picked up by anyone or any nation, and acted upon the strategies outlined in the document – word for word.

What I’ve learned from this ‘fabricated’ document is that there seemed to be a movement, somewhere in the world as there has been for a long time, an order so despicable that it has the nerve to outline how Jews throughout the world, specifically in their illegitimate homeland and in the West, should ACT, REACT and BEHAVE throughout their entire existence as a divinely ‘chosen’ race, and as perceived ‘rightful masters of the world’. At face value, this is what it seems - an elaborate lie to tarnish the image of a whole race of people. Or is it?

If you’re lucky enough to find this alleged ‘fabricated’ document, you’ll be amazed that the “The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion” has one main aim – that is, to try to achieve ‘World Conquest Through World Jewish Government’. That is to say, “to create total disorder in the whole world so that Jews can rise, be the masters of the whole world, and enslave the entire planet”. And definitely no one, with a vested interest in these ‘protocols’, in their right mind would want anyone else (the world) to know about their despicable aim, if it ever was true. And if the world found out, they would of course vehemently declare its fallacies, to the end. Who wouldn’t, it’s basic common sense (you won’t tell anyone you’re gonna destroy the world, right?). Now again, this document has been declared as a fabrication long ago, but it has remained a subject of controversy all over the world even until today. Because, it just fit with the events of today.

Let’s take a peek at this controversial and alleged ‘fabricated’ document, after which, maybe we can explain to ourselves why the events happening today seem to fit the strategies outlined in this document (you can, actually, find a lot of references on the internet if you typed in the full title of this ‘Protocols’). In summary, this is briefly what the alleged fabricated document outlined (which, in its original form, is elaborately detailed out in 24 protocols, at the very least);

Summary of “The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion”

“Goyim are mentally inferior to Jews and can’t run their nations properly. For their sake and ours, we need to abolish their governments and replace them with a single government. This will take a long time and involve much bloodshed, but it’s for a good cause. Here’s what we’ll need to do:
• Place our agents and helpers everywhere
• Take control of the media and use it in propaganda for our plans
• Start fights between different races, classes and religions
• Use bribery, threats and blackmail to get our way
• Use Freemasonic Lodges to attract potential public officials
• Appeal to successful people’s egos
• Appoint puppet leaders who can be controlled by blackmail
• Replace royal rule with socialist rule, then communism, then despotism
• Abolish all rights and freedoms, except the right of force by us
• Sacrifice people (including Jews sometimes) when necessary
• Eliminate religion; replace it with science and materialism
• Control the education system to spread deception and destroy intellect
• Rewrite history to our benefit
• Create entertaining distractions
• Corrupt minds with filth and perversion
• Encourage people to spy on one another
• Keep the masses in poverty and perpetual labor
• Take possession of all wealth, property and (especially) gold
• Use gold to manipulate the markets, cause depressions etc.
• Introduce a progressive tax on wealth
• Replace sound investment with speculation
• Make long-term interest-bearing loans to governments
• Give bad advice to governments and everyone else

Eventually the Goyim will be so angry with their governments (because we’ll blame them for the resulting mess) that they’ll gladly have us take over. We will then appoint a descendant of David to be king of the world, and the remaining Goyim will bow down and sing his praises. Everyone will live in peace and obedient order under his glorious rule.”

“On Education ….. We have bemused and corrupted the youth of the goyim by rearing them in principles and theories we know to be false.”

“On Economics ….. Economic crises have been produced by us through the goyim by no other means than the withdrawal of money from circulation. Huge pools of capital have stagnated, forcing States to borrow from them and thus become their bond-slaves. . . in twenty years, a State which has borrowed money at 5% has paid the whole sum in interest without reducing the debt. . . It gave me quite a chill when I first read all these, even as the document’s alleged ‘fabrication’ is continuously highlighted. But as time passes, I begun to relate what’s happening in the world to what is discussed in these degrading ‘Protocols’. To me, there are lots of truths - that this document may be a fabrication, but also, that these ‘Protocols’ may have been acted out by people with vested interests after it was alleged as an elaborate hoax. What’s left now is to create more discussions in the hope of exposing more factual truths to these ‘Protocols’ being acted out, so that everyone (world governments, especially in Muslim nations; corporations and businesses; and even individuals like you and me) keep a diligent check on this despised ‘Protocols’ (and the movement’s activities) throughout time. My hope is that we can truly and openly assess the impacts and influences these ‘Protocols’ may have had on national decisions and policies worldwide, on economic and financial market developments globally, and on our own socio-economic advancement.

These ‘Protocols’ are undoubtedly written by someone in the West who must have hated the Jews so much, at some point in time, and for whatever reasons they may have. While it has been deemed as an elaborate hoax to fool the world into believing that Jews are the one single cause for world-wide destruction of societies, as seen in those times, this document will remain in controversy for decades or even centuries to come all, for one simple reason – that there, really, are no substantive and factual proofs to dispel this much-despised document totally as fallacies (hence, its denial), or to lend support this document has some truths (hence, its exposure).

As a Muslim, we should see this as a positive turn of events, that now, nations throughout the non-Muslim world are viewing the continuous exploitations of Muslims and Muslim lands across the globe with mindful skepticism, and with justified concerns too – that their very interests are also at stake when these acts of aggression are allowed to continuously happen before their very eyes, and go unpunished.

What’s needed now are more harsh criticisms on these aggressions, more factual and unbiased exposure of these acts, and an increased in high-profile controversies surrounding these acts of aggression by irresponsible nations to keep them in check and off-balance in pursuing their senseless, egoistic goals of perennial exploitation, oppression and domination.

Birth of a Sextrillion Nation

I read with a mix of amusement, sadness and anger, how an African nation deals with its own set of problems during these global economic & financial meltdowns. That nation is Zimbabwe – once a proud colony of the British crown which efficiently sucked dry all wealth through centuries of enslavement – now an impoverished, dying nation through three decades of reckless, iron-fisted dictator rule.

But just how can a nation die? When politics divide the population and devastate the economy; when politics consolidate power and dictate an iron-fist rule; when politics enslave the people (through centuries of colonialization) and oppress (through decades of dictatorship) the helpless masses; when politics have vested interests where the world (West/UN) plunders its wealth then turns against it (abandons it) when wealth is exhausted; and when nature turns against it (with devastating famine, floods and epidermics). But with every death, there arises a new nation – the birth of a Sextrilion Nation (wow, I actually learned a new word today – sextrillion).

What, then, is a Sextrillion Nation? By definition, a Sextrillion Nation is one where the inflation rate is unthinkably high, at sextrillion % (that’s tens of billion-trillion-percent, or a double-digit figure with 21 zeros behind it!). And the honor goes to Zimbabwe. Logically, this makes no sense – but what African nation makes sense these days!

Their currency is so de-valued now that it’s worth almost nothing (literally) – because their inflation rate was so insanely-high, at 231 million percent (get this, that’s 231,000,000%) – and that was 6 months ago. The estimate now is almost 90 sextrillion percent (that’s, 90,000,000,000,000,000,000,000% in inflation rate). I suppose, this is a new ‘galactic’ record! And I thought the double-digit or triple-digit inflation figures in some South American countries (i.e. Brazil, Argentina, etc.) are insane. So, the Zimbabwean government has created a new dollar bill – a 100 Trillion Dollar bill (in Zimbabwean Dollars, of course), just something the population can use as a medium of exchange for goods and services. This ‘humongously-denominated’ bill is worth only USD 300. There were billion-dollar bills circulated a week ago, but still couldn’t be used to even pay salaries.

To put it in perspectives, our RM1,000-bill is valued at about USD300 at today’s exchange rate of 3.30. Imagine our inflation rate is at millions of percent - not 10%, not 100%, not 1,000% - but godzillion million%. That alone is mind-bonggling! Come to think of it, it’s actually illogical for any nation’s economy to have come to this stage – unless their govt forcefully & frequently intervened and disrupted the free market by continuously pumping in excess money to resuscitate an already-failing economy.

Coming back to the above analogy, now imagine Bank Negara Malaysia introducing RM 1 Trillion bills (that’s, RM 1,000,000,000,000-bill, each worth the same USD 300)! Then imagine, if BNM did not circulate this ‘gigantuan’ of a bill, we would have to use 1 billion of our RM1,000-bills, just to buy something worth USD300 (like, pay for petrol and utilities or buy groceries). I’d think that each ATM machine would need an 18-wheeler truck attached behind it – barely enough room to hold just one-day’s withdrawals. Then again, this would be a boon to the construction industry because each banking outlet would then need to be upgraded to skyscrapers – to hold all that godzillions and sextrillions and _____illions (you fill in the blanks) of paper monies.

It’s so unthinkable these things can happen, or allowed to happen, in any country. What this means is that, even the upper-class, high-income population of that nation is close to being poor. How do you, then, describe their population in the opposite spectrum of income? Even the description ‘poorest-poor’ can be a gross over-statement.

Zimbabwe used to be one of the most developed nations in Africa in the late ‘80s, in the ranks of South Africa. But decades of political intrigues, internally, the country is driven to bankruptcy (here again, even the word ‘bankruptcy’ is an over-statement). Since gaining its independence from Britain in 1980, the country has been rocked to its core by political dictatorship that has left the nation’s economy in tatters. Nothing seems to work there, not before, not now, and definitely not in the near future. What I don’t (and probably, never will) understand is why the people of Zimbabwe, for decades long, continue supporting an obviously and openly incompetent government? Do they all need to starve to death (all 10 million of them, en masse), before they can see the point? And why aren’t the so-called ‘superpowers’ (the self-ordained ‘police of the world’), intervene with all their creative sanctions and military overtures, like what they’re proudly doing to the middle-east?

If there is a clear-cut answer to these questions – it’s because POLITICS have divided their nation and their people, and have successfully minced their economy into unrecognizable pieces - with devastating effects on 10 million people who bowed to an iron-fist rule of just one sick man. [Apparently, if I can still recall, this same ‘sick’ person once shook hands with our PM, back in the early ‘90s – during the South-South dialogues, etc..] The masses just have no clue what’s happening to them and their country, and even if they do, they still don’t know what to do about it. Only now, are they beginning to wake up and see a little bit of light – but 28 years of misery have thus passed. Optimistically, they’d probably need another half-century before they can be at the level we are now – that is, if the whole of Africa doesn’t drown in today’s global meltdowns!

Amazingly, the US can also be considered a bankrupt nation – because they owe a lot to the world, they spend a lot more than they can save – resulting in Trillions of Dollars (in USD, of course) in trade & budget deficits. What do you do when you spend more than you earn – you borrow. But how can the US borrow when they are so deep in deficit? Who would want to lend them any money? Well, they just print new dollar bills and circulate them in the economy (to pay for their spendings – such reckless greed). The difference is they don’t have to print a USD 1 Trillion-bill, just the regular USD1, USD20, USD100 bills will do just fine – because who (in the world) can say anything. And of course, they also issue new Treasuries (T-bills) and govt. bonds, so that creditors can buy these instruments in exchange for loans to US. And the creditors are no other than corporations/institutions in the US itself and everywhere else on Earth (usually, Asians). These instruments are good enough guarantees of payment – no one ever questioned/doubted the US government’s credibility, or thought that the US can actually go bankrupt, like what’s happening now.

See the similarity and difference between these 2 nations. Zimbabwe is broke and its economy is practically non-existent – so their 100 Trillion dollar bill is worth only USD300, maybe even less as time passes. The US is also broke (more broke than broke itself), and its economy is so messed up – but their 100 Trillion dollar bill (if there ever is one) will still be worth 100 Trillion US Dollars! The difference is due to the fact that, while Zimbabwe used politics to stranglehold its population and stunt the growth of its economy, the US used politics (through military prowess, economic intimidation, and discriminating, double-standard treatments) to stranglehold other “vested-interests” nations of the Eastern world while catalyzing the perceived ‘growth’ of its own defunct economy. The US (and the West) couldn’t care less about Zimbabwe (no intervention is necessary as there are no more wealth to be plundered), so they let Zimbabwe destroys itself. JUST LIKE WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO PALESTINE - SPECIFICALLY, GAZA.

What happened to Zimbabwe, can definitely happen to any other nation on Earth, when politics are let to rule. Nations that subject themselves to be influenced by the major powers of global politics (i.e. UN, etc.), and irresponsibly create a strong dependence on the major powers of global economy (i.e. US, West), end up wrecking their own internal politics and economy, with illogically-high inflationary rates as just one of its by-products. We are ushering in a new eon in world history where the births of sextrillion nations will be a passing norm.

More Palestinians massacred while the World watches

I, finally, give in. Just can’t hold off any longer – gotta say somethin’. For the last 7 days, I’ve been waiting in vain for some notes or, at least, some status comments from my fellow bloggers about the latest, heart-wrenching crisis in the Middle-East. For a change, I really would like to participate and comment on your views on this kind of issue. But I guess no one wants to spend their precious (end-of-year) festive time to talk about something distant to them – although, a few has sent around invitations to join causes, reflecting some sense of sympathy to our fellow Muslims in their trying times.

Last week (Sat 27Dec08) around 10am, there was a light dizzle amidst a shady cloud cover. My wife told me, someone important must have passed away (coincidentally as we all know, the YDP of Negeri Sembilan also passed away that same morning). I corrected her, not someone but 79 of our Muslim brothers and sisters in Gaza were just massacred (I’ve just read the sad news on the net at 7am earlier). Now, as I write, 8 days later on a cloudy Sunday morning, it’s drizzling and a bit dark outside. My wife said, more Gazans are massacred (almost 500 now, with countless injured). I said to her, it’s drizzling because the world watches and continues to do nothing as more Muslims are openly and ‘legitimately’ massacred – all in the age-old pathetic excuse of ‘terrorism’. I added, it’s an unusual dark morning because Muslims are part of that world that watches while their kinsmen fall, by the thousands.

Someone commented about writing something cheerful and happy when I feel sad or down. I don’t think I can ever do that, knowing a helpless baby covered in blood crying beside her parents’ lifeless bodies amidst a pile of rubble that used to be her home and playground. We are so blessed to be a world away, far from the nightmare this child is living, as we speak/write. Or, are we?

Why won’t anyone intervene, and kick the asses (and nuts) of these Zionist dogs? The better, although sad, question is ‘Why won’t any Muslim country come in and stand between these dogs and our helpless brothers and sisters in Islam?’ Any 5-year old can see Egypt is really close-by (practically, a next-door neighbor), Jordan is an arm’s length away, Turkey is just a stone’s throw away (although they feel they are part of Europe and not Middle-East). And of course, you have the lazy, filthy-rich, good-for-nothing, nations in the Arabian Peninsula and the Gulf States. All these nations are neighbouring Muslim nations! We’re not talking about some far-off lands who proudly call themselves Muslim nations - like here. Now I can understand Lebanon and Syria may want to play it cool for a while ‘coz they’ve just kicked these same dogs’ asses in 2006 – so they need some time to beef-up their strength. And Iran and Libya are probably active just about now – re-supplying our brothers so they can fight another day. If acting alone is hard for any Muslim nation to contemplate, much less, consider, then why not act in solidarity and undeterred, as one group of Muslim nations? – just send a joint peacekeeping force there, for heaven’s sake. You don’t need a UN resolution for that. You don’t need UN, period. You don’t have to please the world to save lives. Just how ‘wasteful’ can it be if a Muslim nation contributed to this joint peacekeeping force? Just send in our army in ‘white’ (for peace) – we are almost 2 billion strong worldwide, and more than 5 million of that is in arms (that is my most conservative estimate). I’m pretty sure Malaysia is eager to chip-in, a bit – maybe just 100,000 from our seasoned RAMD. I’d love to be part of it, wouldn’t you?

It gets sadder as we dwelve deeper into the question, posed above. Even brothers in Palestine are against each other – all because they represent TWO (2) political parties, that each one governs a separate territory (one in Gaza, the other in the West Bank). It’s already sad, the fact that they are two rival groups. But that they hated each other to the point of not helping them (not sending any form of assistance at all) when one is openly massacred – it’s all the more sadder (I can’t think of a word sadder than sad). Even their own leader has openly criticized his own brothers in the opposite camp – saying, ‘we told you so’.

What hurts most is the continuous misinformation about the Palestinian issue that has left the world criticizing the Palestinians more, while making the Zionists dogs the victims. Unsurprisingly, the media is Western-controlled, manipulated between the AP (Associated Press) and CNN (you do know, that we all get our primary news from these two sources). No matter how hard we try to modify our news to reflect local sentiments, the basic news facts are still skewed towards the West. Take for example, the media keeps mentioning the Israeli ‘legitimate’ aggression is due to Hamas rocket attacks. What the media never mentioned is why the rocket attacks happen, if it did happen at all, or at the rising frequencies that they alleged? Why didn’t our local news explore the real reasons for Hamas ‘alleged’ attacks? Would you easily fall for their excuse, saying Hamas is bent on destroying the State of Israel by sending a few obsolete rockets to its rural border-towns? Because the truth is, Gaza is being chocked off its daily lifeline due to continuing Zionists economic & military blockade (which has been happening for more than 3 years now, since the Zionists left the territory after 38 years of oppressive rule). The Zionists are bent on dismantling the economic, political and physical infrastructures of Gaza because these Zionists still see Gaza as their rightful land. And their greed applies to the West Bank, as well. Which media, in their ‘right’ mind, would want to say these things? Would our local boys do it?

From all the talk, the way I see it – it’s politics that’s deepening the issue, not solve it. Politics divide. Because of political parties, a nation’s people who are of the same race can be against each other. Because they (political parties) represent different ideologies, even though the fundamental is the same - Islam. It’s happening not just in Palestine, it’s in every nation on this Planet (but we don’t care so much about the non-Muslim world, do we?). Even here – in plain view, our own brothers and sisters are mocking each other, provoking each other at every single opportunity. Politics divide – the sooner the Palestinians realize this, the better off they’ll be. Stop fighting each other, you are wasting precious resources. So sad.

That’s why my political views has been and will always be “Such a waste of precious time to indulge in”. Politics divide (I can’t say enough). And when you divide an already weak nation – opportunities are abound for dogs (the species just like those Zionist dogs) to roam free and capitalize on. And politics and democracy (a product of politics) are the very food these opportunists feed upon, gaining in strengths as they continue to divide the weak. In Islam there is no politics – just an Imam and his faithful followers of Islam. And through Islam, a nation can achieve true democracy (as a Muslim, will you ever doubt that?) – so why do we need to copy Western-style ‘democracy’ in place of Allah’s words. And while politics divide, what entails further is enslavement of the minds through media propaganda, etc., etc., etc.. Before you know it, you have strong nations enslaving weak nations – through economy, technology, military, etc., etc., etc.. Easy strategy – first divide the nation, and then conquer them. In Gaza, we’re seeing this strategy executing right before our eyes. And two billion pair of Muslim eyes are just watching, the rest of their body standing still. Not knowing how to move forward or backward. Every single one, AFRAID to MOVE. Maybe their courage will come when 25,000 martyrs have fallen, even then, just maybe. Well, no point ranting on this topic of politics. I’ll just stop short here.

So what can we do – people like you and me, to show our support for our brothers and sisters in Islam? Well, the easiest anyone can do is to TRULY hate what is happening to the Palestinians, specifically, and to the Muslim world, generally. More accurately, hate the Zionists, hate aggression, hate oppression. Then what? Well, maybe change our lifestyle, so that it does not represent the hate we TRULY feel – DON’T CONSUME the PRODUCTS coming from these people that we hate. That would include food, entertainment, media, and just about everything else we depend on, and that make our ‘normal’ lifestyle. WOW, looks like a lot. Well, don’t contradict yourself – if you hate something, stay away from it!

Everyone can do the above. What next? WRITE – to show your support for a cause. Share your views on all available media and technology. Spread the word, spread the truth, expose the untruths and lies, counter the lies. In short, say something – DON’T BE QUIET! We always have a lot to say when we are having fun, when no harm is in our way. We always have a loss of words when it comes to events that are filled with misery and sadness, especially, if they are others’. So, WRITE, TEXT, SMS, etc. about events that truly have an impact on the world – especially, the Muslim world. Then share your thoughts to as many people as possible – your family, friends, relatives, colleagues, strangers, media, authorities, etc., etc., etc..

Not everyone can write, but we can all try? Practice makes perfect. If you’ve done all these, then what? Use your hands, and legs, and move your body, physically, to a cause – in this case, the Gaza cause. Join peaceful rallies, donate a substantial portion of your fortunes (if it’s not asking too much) to the cause, participate in some local NGO programs (humanitarian, educational, etc.), travel to the area to physically lend a helping hand (if it’s safe enough).

And there are many other ways you can play a role to show your support for the Muslim world. Just don’t sit still, and continue with your chores, as if nothing happened, or nothing worth talking about. There’s always something we can do, each one of us in our own unique ways.

Today it’s Palestine. Tomorrow is not so far away – in time and in place.
